Other Beaches to Discover?

My wife would like to go to the Caribbean again. We have been to St. Martin twice and I liked that. I walked the beach textile-free on Orient, Long, Red, and Happy Bay. There were occasional supporters of the no tan line crowd.

Are there other islands where people could be bare without the prude-pressure? Let me know.
BTW, I am not looking for a nude resort, just a beach where no clothes is no problem.

When in West Florida, I am almost the only guy in a swim bikini (tan-through, of course). The lack of free beaches is not cool.

Good Afternoon, I am interested in going back to SXM, I noticed that you have gone back post Irma. Have you been back recently, and if so where did you stay? Thank you in advance
They have changed the format of the forum, my previous post was for someone that was discussing trips post-Irma, but now I am blocked out of everything but my last post. Haven't a clue

Well, I personally would hope that you'd post some of those photos to help Andrea get this blog active again. Lord knows Christa has done her part!
Well, I dont know the limits of whats allowed, let me know what those are or start a thread for it.

and mtnest, I have been since Irma, lmk what questions you have.

I have shown it all, both spread and non spread. The guys seem to like the spread shots the best, when they make any comment at all. So, go ahead and show it all. If Kerry thinks it is too much, he can remove it. But he hasn't removed any of mine, and my posts show that I have no secrets. C.

. I just saw this post, Kelly. Go ahead and post the pics If Kerry think they are too much, he can remove them. But in my experience, Kerry is liberal in what is posted. C.

I agree with Christa. If you post those pics, what's the worst that could happen? They (it) gets taken down. In the meanwhile, it may generate some activity back into this blog as well as allow some complimentary comments.

Just my .02
OK, here's one to get warmed up before I post something that gets me in trouble lol...this one from a more recent trip.

That's a great warmup picture.

You won't get in trouble for posting what you want to post. I mean, look at what I have posted. Full spread and no problems.

That picture on the beach is not something that would get you in any hot water on this site. I personally think that is a really nice photo. It make me want to get back there. Keep on posting!
Good Afternoon, Thank you for your response Christa and Kellygx. I am interested in knowing where to stay near Orient Beach and what to expect.
There are lots of places to stay, many VRBO's/villa rentals that are easy to find. In terms of hotels, La Playa, Esmeralda, Orient Beach hotel, all mid beach and each has their own pluses/minuses. The village is alive, and the beach is bustling on cruise ship days, less so on off days.

Depending when you go, you might expect to see me like in the pic above, unless you wander into the ruins of club O blush
Welcome back Kelly! Thanks for the great photo.

I have heard good reports about Orient Beach Hotel. It is run by a woman who used to work the front desk at Club O, whose name escapes me. It is a little to the south of Orient Village. Below is a link to rentals on and close to Orient Beach:

I just remembered her name: It is Florence.
