Other Beaches to Discover?
Are there other islands where people could be bare without the prude-pressure? Let me know. BTW, I am not looking for a nude resort, just a beach where no clothes is no problem.
When in West Florida, I am almost the only guy in a swim bikini (tan-through, of course). The lack of free beaches is not cool.

I was speaking of this forum, but I won't be returning to SXM. The lack of progress on rebuilding Club O is demoralizing.

Christa,
I get the demoralizing on the lack of rebuilding progress, but where other then SXM can you get the same atmosphere and enjoy naked time then you do on the island? We've been going since before and many times after Club O and although not the same we've never been able to find a place like SXM. Is there one? We'd love to try another place, but SXM just keeps us coming back again and again. We love the people, the food, the island and being naked!

One big problem I have developed is skin cancer, probably due to years of sun exposure on my fair skin. I have to stay out of the sun. While that would be a problem if Club O were still there, it wouldn't be insurmountable. I could make a trip or two to the beach while doing other things at Club O and in our chalet out of the sun.
If we stayed elsewhere and made a day trip to Club O Beach, it would be pretty much an all day trip with nothing else to do while we were at the beach, except to be at the beach. So, if Club O were still a viable alternative, I would try it because of my love of Club O. But without the resort, it just isn't worth the danger to my light skin.

That makes sense, thanks Christa. Like I said, if there was another place or island anything like SXM we'd love to give it a try, but until then SXM is just hard to not keep returning too, Club O or not.

I've been back a handful of times post Irma. Candidly staying at Club O was never a big draw for me, accommodations were much too spartan. Yes it's nice to walk right out and be there, but I also enjoy walking the beach and hitting the restaurants all over. And even though I haven't stayed there, I have had lots of fun exploring the ruins

Yes!! We now stay in Maho and have for the last many trips. We love the location for restaurants and night life and we also split our time between Orient and Cupecoy so the location is perfect for us.

On our last trip, we explored a time or two, but decided we wouldn't go back.

Originally posted by brianq I'm genuinely curious what ways you can get in trouble there? I have only been there once since Irma, walked through Papagayos and only saw some locals hanging out or a few naked explorers lol.
We need to get this forum back going with some pics of said trouble if there is any.
I don't have any pics, and if I did, I don't think Kerry would like for me to post porno on his website. I have probably been pushing the limits with the pics of my exposed femininity that I have previously posted.
