Yes it does come and go this time of year. The funny thing was it was on it's way back a couple of days before the storm.

I don't remember all of that rip rap just below the road in the first picture. Perhaps it was always there, but the sand filled in and leveled off down to the water line as shown in the second picture?

The rocks have been like that since the last half dozen years i've been watching. It looks a lot like it did right after Irma. It's crazy how it strips and fixes itself!
