New Sign?

Heard a new nude beach sign is either up, or going up, in the area of the old Club Orient sign. True? If so, anyone got a photo?

Check out Facebook. "Club O Beach by Cedrick" is the page name. It's a beautiful sign.

nice sign and the right colors too! Brings back great memories. We were there a year ago and got closure I guess. We will only come back if Club Orient rebuilds, Perhaps some owners could fill us in on any progress being made. I honestly wanted to cry when I realized ITS GONE!!!

We feel the same way. We were there last year to support the French side, especially Cedrick's operation, and to have a good time. We had a better time than we thought and decided to come back this year. This will probably be our last trip, though, unless Club O rebuilds. It just isn't the same.

We are Club O beach regulars, but never stayed at the club. In 2016, while on the beach, we decided that the next trip would be at Club O. We regret not staying there. I hope we get the chance, but it doesn't look to promising. In the mean time though, we plan to continue our patronage of Club O beach. I agree that it just isn't the same, but there still is no place like it.
bluejacket, we were the same as you, but did get a chance to stay in 2017, and had reservations for 2018. Thank god we got our chance to experience it, and now i don't believe there is another place like it. Hears to hoping they straighten their ********** out and rebuild. We Will see Cedric in 4 days!

Life's a beach!
We experienced our 1st Club O beach experience last September for our 40th anniversary. The resort was in rubbles but the sand, water and view were still beautiful.

We are really disheartened that we waited so long to go beyond the rocks at Pedro's (or where Pedro's was) when we had been on the island on numerous cruises. We stayed on the Dutch side, in Pelican area but went twice during that week last year and met a few folks that had stayed at the resort. After reading numerous comments along with the testimonials from the folks we met, we can understand the bond to the resort.

We have scheduled a trip for this June and we are staying on the French side, in Orient Village to be closer to the Club O beach. Just yesterday my wife said she is getting very anxious to get back to the Club O beach. We both agree that if the resort rebuilds before we are no longer able to travel, we will definitely spend a week there. (Would be nice to only have to fly with carry on bag(s).

29 days. I know it won't be the same. We can't stay on the property, can't play tennis in the outfit of our choosing, can't walk out the front door to the beach...but it's still gonna be good.
Beachrunner - looks like our trips will overlap - 33 days until we get to see that sign.

Looking forward to an action packed stay. Take a walk, have a beer. Snorkel a bit, have a beer. Eat lunch, have a beer. Etc.................

Same. Had been coming to St. Martin and Orient Beach for years, but never actually stayed at Club O. We finally did in July 2017. Made it by a month and a half.
