Beach Food
November 03 2016 18:05

Haven't seen too many posts regarding food venues at the new huts along the beach. Anybody want to chime in on what is open at this point and if you might have any info as to what else may be operating by February?

We will be down there in 3 weeks, what food places are available on the beach? Last year everything was still being built. Thank you.

Orange Fever has been wonderful and did an after hours pizza party for the 30 plus people we brought down. They even had a dj for dancing.
Papagayo haseen fabulous. Tonight we have been invited to Chex Leandere for a dinner and they are staying open for us. We have had lunch there and Orange Fever and Papagayo
Carib cheers.

Ceviche for 2 at the Sun Clubber is outstanding and I recommend the Pain Killer cocktail.

Just back and everything is open.
The grill at the Perch is always great for something quick, filling and affordable
The pizza is a great beach snack
Always recommend Chez Leandra
The Jerk chicken wrap is amazing
Their version of the Painkiller isnt to shabby either

Where is Pirate's Hideaway located? Also, nobody mentions Pedro's. Anything worthwhile there to stop in for?

Pedro's is the last place I would eat

We had a burger at Pedro's one year on the way to the airport. There we were able to watch the car during lunch. It was a good burger.

We had burgers at Pedro's a couple of years ago and they were OK. I have heard the ribs are fantastic, but forgot about that and ordered burgers instead.
We will try the ribs next time.

Pirate's Hideaway is between Chez Leandra and Orange Fever in one of the "new" units.
