Love it! My wife has very similar thongs she wears on the Island. When do you guys head back?

No trip back is planned.

This thong isn't swimwear, but I took it to the Islands in the unlikely event I wanted to wear panties one night. I didn't but I wore it on the beach for our morning walk down to Mt. Vernon. The string part is wider than my usual thongs, but the front covering is semi transparent. From the perspective of the Gendarme, 50 feet away, my essential body part in the front is covered, but from 20 feet, it's on display.

My talk about thongs got me curious as to what I actually have. I found 4 or 5 of them, some with tops, but most without. The three below are the most revealing. The two white ones are a thin, very thin, cotton, that is transparent when wet, and semi transparent when dry. The yellow one is a fine mesh which is semi transparent when dry and a little more transparent when wet.

The two on the right are Wicked Weasels. If the yellow thong is enlarged, the writing on the pen is visible. The yellow thong is my favorite. Unfortunately, I didn't order any of these bottoms with tops as I didn't intend on ever wearing a top with them. That means I can't wear them on non French beaches.

These are micro bottom bikinis, which means there isn't much to them. The material in the two Wicked Weasels measure 4" top to bottom and 2" across at the top. That means I can't have much pubic hair when wearing them.

BTW, there are beaches in NC and FL where you don't need a top. OH too, which is likely closer to you.

BC wanted to see the front view of the thong. Doesn't really cover everything, but I didn't get in trouble with the Gendarmes, so it was OK.

That's a nice one for when you have to wear something. From a distance, you could probably get away with just the strings and no mesh.

Though NC beaches limited nudity to allowing no tops, my wife beat the system by always nude on the deck of our cottage and going to the car parked on the street to retrieve items. On the beach she wore just a t-shirt that barely covered her (a light breeze would reveal she had nothing on under the shirt) or a cropped top and very thin string bikini panties. She was 5'6'', 125 pounds, and 80 years old, remarkedly fit. Age never bothered us, we enjoyed life.

Your wife is braver than me. I would never go to the mailbox naked, but I do go to my car in the driveway naked and hang around the front porch naked while watering my plants, etc.

While on vacation, I have always sunned naked on the balconies and have given good views to whoever wanted to look. Evidently people aren't offended by a naked woman sunning herself while minding her own business, as I have never been reported.

Going to Obeach on December 15 unfortunately I will only be there for one day from a cruise ship. I promise not to gawk and me and my wife will join the Au Natural crowd ASAP if only for a few hours. I had planned to go for a week and stay at the Esmeralda but things fell apart.
