Swimsuits
We are interested in visiting OB again. visited the island before Irma and found risque swimsuits were tolerated at the textile side of the beach for both men and women. Is this still the case? are we gonna get in trouble if we are in some risque suits at the textile side or we'd better stay at the C/O side? Thanks!

Somewhere I may have one of me sitting at the Perch naked. It was early in the morning before the camera nazis were up and about. One can't see much, though. I have posted photos of me looking at the ruins of Club O.
Too bad you didn't request one of me sitting on the rocks in front of Pedros'. One can see a lot in that photo. I may not be brave enough to post it though.
I still have the front and back view of me after I have taken my thong off, but there doesn't seem to be much interest in those.
Don't know where Monsieur le chien adjoint has been the last few weeks. He is usually dogging me about posting images, but now that I have restored my crashed laptop downstairs, with a bunch of photos available, he has disappeared. Just like a LEO to not be around when needed, but always around when not wanted.

Even though Ms. Christa has alleged I have disappeared, truth be told I have not. As an effective LEO I have been in the shadows surveilling the landscape and taking it all in.
This thread started off asking about risqué swimsuits on the textile side of OB. I am no expert on that topic and my limited investigation has revealed that the textile side of OB is not where most people on this board prefer to spend their time.
It wasn’t too long ago, 2018 in fact and 40 years of marriage, that my wife overcame her insecurity and agreed to go to the Club O side of OB. We had been on the textile side previously as cruise ship visitors, but she was not willing to go to the Club O side. I can say that I believe a few communications between Christa and my wife made my wife have a different opinion about public/social nudity. In 2018, we vacationed for a week on Saint Martin to celebrate our 40th, and she took the plunge and removed her swimsuit. When we left for the day and got back to our VRBO on the Dutch side she said she was looking forward to going back to the nude beach at least once more before going back home.
I can honestly say that our prior visits to Orient were as cruise passengers and were usually visits to the textile side. The passengers, mostly from the USA, don’t remove even their tops so they have no idea the enjoyment of the sans suit freedom, not to mention not having a wet bathing suit after getting out of the water.
So, I cannot say with any certainty if risqué swimsuits are tolerated by others, but I know that they are by me. I personally do not care however I do understand that there are standards that society lives by, even though they can be interpreted differently. If topless is tolerated but the bottom must be covered, then that is the standard to be followed. Unless there are specific limitations on the bottom covering, who’s to say what type of material and how much opacity is required. If the beautiful Christa wants to walk the beach in a granny panty swimsuit bottom or a sheer mini thong, that is her prerogative. Can we say that a sheer Wicked Weasel or one from The-bikini.com is any better than a body paint bikini bottom? I have seen some body paint that you have to really have to stare at to see if it’s body paint or just tight leggings.
To address photos posted by Christa, I have to say that I like what she posts. The sheer thongs she posted would be very interesting if she were to pose in them, but I think the picture(s) should be when they are wet. I wouldn’t mind seeing the Perch picture. I loved walking up from the beach with my wife, nude, ordering a meal and sitting there eating and enjoying a nice cold brew while the sun shone on her beautiful face and body.
Christa mentioned that it was too bad the photo of her sitting on the rocks in front of Pedro’s wasn’t requested. So, Ms. Christa, please consider this to be an official request that you post the picture of you on the rocks at Pedro’s since those rocks have been removed, we need to be able to know what the accepted boundary of nude and textile looked like.
Christa, after reading your latest post, I would love to be your neighbor. I’d be sitting on my porch all the time! I would never be offended by you sunning nekkid.

I have two of me at the rocks. One is standing and it isn't as explicit. I may post that one. But you guys seem to have forgotten about the front and rear shot of my after I have removed the string. Those are the ones I was going to post next, but then you sidetracked me.

I believe it was you that sidetracked us by diverting our attention by just dropping a hint about the Pedro's picture where a lot can be seen. Remember what you said previously about us boys being boys.
Since you are attempting to keep info from us, discovery requires all info to be presented and as such you should post all of the pictures.

Very nice photo. Feel free to post more!!!!!!!!!!
I just looked on the SXM cruise schedule and it turns out that the NCL Sky will be in port on April 21 which will be my 66th B'day. Trying to get the wife to give me the cruise for my birthday. What better way to spend my birthday but in my birthday suit!
If Christa and Mr. Christa were to join us maybe Christa could get Mrs. DD to allow me to post a photo or 2 of her as well. Heck it would be even better if they would pose together and allow the pics to be posted but I am not going to hold my breath.
Wish me luck to get there on my birthday and enjoy the day in my birthday suit. After all, this thread is about swimsuits, right?
