As we were leaving the beach today around 4:15 we saw it. Didn't have a phone or camera with me to take photos but it appears to be about 10 foot by 10 foot. The surface has not been put on but the base is a group of plastic hollow tubs that the frame is attached to. I would say it could be done in under a week.

The swim platform was moved to the waterline yesterday, and the planking surface was finished by this morning. It looks to be 10 x 12 feet, definitely not square. It will be ready to launch soon--still needs a ladder and chain/anchor--but unfortunately we leave tomorrow.
