Does anyone know if Danny is back up and running at Happy Bay.

I've read that he was up and running.
I've heard mixed reviews about the safety of this beach. Has anyone had any issues with theft, safety or issues on the trail to the beach ?
I also had heard of some of these same issues, but did not encounter any of them on my trip to Happy Bay via the trail or on the beach.
