We prefer early November. It's just outside of hurricane season, the temp is a couple degrees cooler, it's far less crowded and there are less cruise ships. Low season rates as well.

Actually hurricane season goes to the end of November. However, November has been less active than the months preceding it.

February is the time to go....it's wonderful!

We go in February and really like it because its a good time to be away from our business, the weather is typically good then (less rain), plus we always spend our anniversary on island! The water temperature is warmer in November though.

We like the May thru July time, less people on the island.

We do November, weather has been pretty consistent and the water is warm. The people are always fun, but they are almost always.

You won't go wrong any particular time of year. Just a question of luck with the weather.

November December are great. Only downside to winter months is they tend to be windier depending on which side of island you visit (east). February and March of 2016 were quite windy on Orient and Dawn beaches. We went to some west side beaches several days due to wind this year.
All in all, Nov through April are peak months for a reason!

The Christmas winds start the end of December and can last through Feb/March. Sometimes they get high enough to where you get sand blasted on the beach. Thats why we prefer Nov/Early Dec and then April.
